1st Year Apprentice Boilermaker

Nova Skill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the Central Coast area and finish a 4 year apprenticeship in Certificate III Engineering Fabrication (Boiler Making)
Key functions to this role?
We are looking for a 1st Yr Apprentice Boilermaker to fill this position. As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate interest in this field, good hand skills, reliability and attention to detail. You should have basic tool knowledge and some experience in metal work or welding. Your duties will include: Learning MIA , tig ,oxy / act, grinding ,cutting ,marking out & all other area's covered in this trade.
If you have recently completed a Pre-Apprenticeship course in Metal Engineering or Fabrication or have relevant work, school or TAFE practical experience in this industry then we encourage you to apply.
What personal attributes might a successful Boilermaker have?
· Able to work independently 
· Patience & accuracy
· Safety conscious
· Current NSW Divers Licence
· Punctuality is a must
· Interested in computer programmable machinery
· Physically fit
· Strength to handle materials, tools and machines
· Good hand-eye coordination
