Are you looking to commence or complete you career in Baking (Retail Baking - Combined) Certificate III

Do you have the drive to succeed and a desire to gain the experience as well as the qualification?

Novaskill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training organisation are seeking a self motivated person for this exciting role.

You will be working with in the Newcastle region.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• An interest in practical work
• Good coordination
• Good level of hygiene
• Good general physical health
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills

Key functions specific to this role?

• Ensure raw materials and equipment meet health and safety regulations
• Mix dough manually or by machine to the correct consistency then place in baking tins or trays
• Decorate breads, cakes and pastries

Selection Criteria

• You must have an understanding of OHS
• Completed School Certificate
