NovaSkill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the SINGLETON area and undertake a  4 year  apprenticeship  Automotive (heavy Vehicle Mechanical (industrial) certificate III.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role

A Plant Mechanic is involved in repairing, overhauling and maintaining mobile heavy equipment such as highway transport vehicles, construction and earth moving equipment, tractors and mobile industrial equipment.

What personal attributes might a successful Plant Mechanic have?

Generally speaking, people working as Plant Mechanics will be those who:

• enjoy practical and manual work
• possess mechanical aptitude
• are good at maths
• are physically fit
• have no skin allergies or reactions to grease, oil or petrol
• Live locally to Singleton area
• Hold a current NSW drivers licence
