NovaSkill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the East Maitland area and undertake a  4 year  apprenticeship  in Automotive Sales (Part Interpreting) Certificate III.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role?

• Communicating with customers and identify their specific needs
• Sourcing/ordering required spare parts
• Identify the make and model of equipment and automotive vehicles
• Packing or delivering ordered stock to customers
• Informing and advising customers of appropriate spare parts
• Processing sales transactions

What personal attributes might a successful Parts interpreter have?

• Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Ability to deliver quality customer service
• Work well in a team environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Professional presentation
• Current NSW drivers licence
