Apprentice Bread Baker 

Are you looking to start a career in your chosen field of work?

NovaSkill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the Ballina Shire area and undertake an Certificate III in Food Processing (Retail Baking) Bread.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role?

A bread baker apprentice may perform the following tasks:

  • Produce quality bread and pastry lines in accordance with the organisations procedures, standards and operationsal policies
  • Record daily production information
  • Maintain raw ingredients & Stock levels
  • Ensuring all customer orders are filled on time
  • Comply with cleaning schedules and routines

 What personal attributes might a successful Apprentice Bread Baker have?

  • Enjoy practical work good hand-eye coordination
  • Able to work quickly and safely
  • Good personal hygiene
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • Good communication skills
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Must be prepared to work irregular hours and to stand for long periods.
