SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role include:

• Assisting with planting & transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees & lawns
• Maintenance of gardens & greens
• Using, maintaining & servicing gardening tools & equipment

What personal attributes are we looking for in a successful apprentice?

• Enjoyment of practical & gardening work
• Ability to undertake manual & heavy work
• Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions
• A genuine interest in the environment.
