NovaSkill is a Group Training and Registered Training Organisation celebrating 30 years in the business by providing quality education and training across a broad range of nationally accredited courses throughout NSW. NovaSkill is seeking to appoint a Field Officer to work within our Group Training division developing sustainable markets for the placement of trainees and apprentices. This position will be based in our Tuggerah branch and will cater to businesses ranging from Sydney to the Lake Macquarie region.
Ideally for this role, the right candidate is someone with an industry/trade background and/or sufficient marketing experience looking to expand their skills and knowledge in this incredibly fast-paced environment.
Successful applicant will be required to:
- Identify, develop and maintain a strong customer base
- Manage recruitment, selection, deployment and pastoral care of Apprentices and Trainees
- Ensure compliance with QA and OH&S systems
- Manage the placement and rotation to work sites on an ongoing basis
- Promote Traineeships & Apprenticeships to new and existing businesses
- Market and promote NovaSkill to all sectors
- Monitor and report on apprentice progress, training and development
- Assist in investigating OH&S incidents and accidents
- Assist in gathering information and participating in apprentice counselling, dispute resolution and disciplinary matters
An attractive salary package including company vehicle, a nine-day fortnight and 10.5% super will be negotiated with the right candidate for this highly regarded role.
