NovaSkill is seeking to appoint a Field Officer to undertake work within our Group Training division developing sustainable markets for the placement of trainees and apprentices for businesses ranging in the Ballina Shire and Lismore area.

Ideally for this role, the right candidate is someone with sufficient previous experience with an industry/trade background looking to expand their skills and knowledge in this incredibly fast-paced environment.

Successful applicant will be required to:

• Identify, develop and maintain a strong customer base
• Manage recruitment, selection, deployment and pastoral care of Apprentices and Trainees
• Ensure compliance with QA and OH&S systems
• Market and promote NovaSkill to all sectors

An attractive salary package including company vehicle, a nine-day fortnight and 10.5% super will be negotiated with the right candidate for this highly regarded role.
