IT Support Traineeship

NovaSkill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the Ballina Shire and undertake a 12

month traineeship in Certificate II Information Technology.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role?

·      Identify the hardware and software needed to find solutions to  computer problems

·      Assist in the modification of existing programs to meet clients' needs

·      Provide support services to customers

·      Undertake housekeeping and report writing for areas of responsibility.

What personal attributes might a successful IT Support trainee have?

·      Strong customer services skills

·      Analytical skills and persistence

·      Good oral and communication skills

·      Sound understanding of OH&S practices

·      Good problem solving skills

·      Current NSW Driver’s Licence
