Retail Traineeship

NovaSkill, a highly regarded not for profit Group Training and Registered Training Organisation are seeking a self motivated individual to join our busy team in the Lismore Shire area and undertake a  12 month retail traineeship in retail Services - Retail Certificate II.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Key functions specific to this role?

Sales assistants sell goods to customers in retail and wholesale establishments.  Sales assistants may perform the following tasks:

• Customer Service
• Retail sales
• preparing products and pack orders
• maintaining a tidy and organised yard
• loading and unloading trucks
• operating a forklift and front loader
• whilst learning the trade of landscape supplies

 What personal attributes might a successful Retail trainee have?

·         enjoy working with people

·         motivated and have strong work ethic 

·         listen and follow instructions 

·         good communication skills

·         abcomply with OH&S regualtion 

·         motivation and drive

·         hold a current NSW drivers licence

·         willing to work as part of a team.
