Lynette's rare qualities were evident from the commencement of her employment with NovaSkill as a Group Training Trainee at North Coast Area Health Services in April 2010. Lynette is an outstanding role model for Indigenous people and particularly the Indigenous Youth of the Tweed Heads Area.

Tyrone was first introduced into the bricklaying industry when he was in Year 10 at Toormina High School through a week of "Try a trade" where he was able to learn about bricklaying and also participate in the practical side of bricklaying.
