his is just a quick note stating the impact and change brought about by the training company NovaSkill. I enrolled in a Productivity Places Program (PPP) course, and I currently sitting through Training and Assessment Certificate IV with NovaSkill.

In my position as Deputy Director of Care and Clinical Educator here at Bethany Aged Care I am in a position to say that I have a good relationship with Dorothy Maynard and NovaSkill.
We are happy to have the students for Clinical Placement and we have employed several staff from among the students who do their work placement with us. Recently we had three students from NovaSkill for work placement which resulted in all of them gaining employment with us.
Dorothy does a very thorough job with training the students and we assist on occasions other than work placement where she brings her students for a session of bed making and she has also organized a physiotherapist to facilitate sessions on manual handling and use of lifters, utlising our resources.
